Old Hamlet's Organic Mulled Wine Spice and Sugar Mix was added to Old Hamlet's range in 2018. Old Hamlet's organic mulling wine spices mix is a blend of organic mulling wine spices, the mere smell of which evokes winter parties and Christmas, blended with an organic cane sugar from Paraguay. Blended by hand and packed into single-serve sachets and a printed envelope, these make great stocking fillers, hamper components or to use for winter parties. Instructions: Pour one 75cl bottle of red wine and a small glass of orange juice (optional) into a saucepan, then add the contents of one Mulled Wine sachet. Heat gently, stirring occasionally. Do not let boil, but serve hot. For special occasions, add one tablespoon of brandy or liqueur, together with some slices of lemon or orange.
