A few hundred grams of local carrots, washed or earthy, depending on time of year.
A handful of onions, mostly UK, sometimes EU
A Yorks or Lancs leek
A local brassica, like Purple Sprouting Broccoli, cabbage or cauliflower
A UK or EU aubergine or mushrooms or courgette
A bell or pointed pepper from EU, or some tomatoes
A bag or bunch of local leafy greens such as spinach, chard, kale
A local salad leaves bag
