A 200G bar of Vivani cook's chocolate. Here's what to do: Cut the Vivani couverture chocolate into pieces and place in a pan. Slowly heat the pan in a bain-marie until the chocolate has melted to a thick runny consistency. (The couverture chocolate should not get too warm and no way coming into contact with water!) Let it cool down and then warm it up once more briefly. Now the coating is ready for use.
