Pexo Blanco is our organic version of Queso Blanco (similar to Paneer and Haloumi, but without the salt).
The cheese is perfect for cooking and can be used as a vegetarian substitute in a variety of dishes.
The cheese comes in 200g blocks. The picture shows Pexo Blanco kebabs with the cheese simply marinated and grilled with fresh vegetables (not included).
Can be frozen.
