There are 18-members, some of whom are growers, others who focus on food processing and sales. The food produced includes olive oil, honey, labaneh, za'atar, tomatoes - and the local speciality, Battiry aubergine. The growing is small-scale, organic and always in harmony min with the natural environment. The food is sold on markets and served in a local pop-up cafe.
